Cassel, a leading vehicle graphics company, is seeking a creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the design process and bringing concepts to life.  A portfolio is required for consideration.


  • Design vehicle graphics, signs, banners, logos, etc. according to Cassel standards
  • Create proofs/print samples for client review
  • Maintain brand consistency for our clients as well as Cassel
  • Assist with designs for any Cassel marketing needs
  • Conduct creative meetings with clients via phone, video meeting, or in-person
  • Responsible for own job queue and prioritize design jobs to stay on target with deadlines
  • Assign projects to graphic designers and assist with prioritizing their job queue
  • Set art due dates and ensure that all are met
  • Ensure other designer’s concepts meet Cassel’s standards
  • Ensure adherence to design team procedures
  • Handle elevated issues that arise
  • Assist with design corrections/proofing errors
  • Stay on top of and communicate program and industry updates
  • Attend daily operational huddle


  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of related experience in the design/print industry
