The Cassel Team is now offering pickup and delivery services in select areas! Our mission is to make vehicle graphics easy, and we want to help your project run smoothly. Instead of losing one of your team members to bring your vehicle to our shop, we will make sure your vehicle is transported safely to start vinyl installation. We’ve got you covered!

Our team will provide you with options on when your vehicle can be picked up and brought back to one of our locations for installation.
Once the vehicle is finished, we will contact you to set up a time to deliver your vehicle back to your location. We ask that a team member is present to accept the vehicle upon delivery.
You are ready to get noticed on the road with your brand new vehicle graphics! Our team is excited to watch you drive your brand. We ask that you leave us your honest feedback on your experience.
This service is available for commercial vehicles that do not require additional licensure other than a regular state authorized drivers license. Tractors will not be able to utilize this service. Enclosed trailers may also be ineligible depending on driver and vehicle availability.
Pickup & Delivery service availability may be limited based on the availability of drivers as well as business operating hours. All service requests will be assessed on an individual basis.
If vehicle is not available at the time of scheduled pickup from the client location, drivers will be instructed to wait no longer than 15 minutes from time of arrival for a vehicle to be ready. If no contact has been established with the client after 15 minutes have passed, the driver will be instructed to depart from the pickup location unless other instructions or terms of the pickup agreement have been arranged. Clients will still be charged for pickup fee regardless if a vehicle is available for pickup.
Any unforeseen interruptions to a client delivery due to limited access to client property or vehicle storage areas as well as inability to leave a clients keys in the vehicle (assuming no personnel is onsite to receive the vehicle) may result in the full charge of the service regardless if the vehicle was able to be dropped or not.
