Client Success Representative
The Client Success Representative at Cassel serves as the primary relationship manager and order-taker for all clients. Each CSR owns a dedicated client list and splits their day between entering new orders, following up on existing orders, and reaching out to key accounts to capture new orders while maintaining a proactive working relationship with their clients. The CSR reports directly to Cassel’s Vice President.
The position is full-time and applicants must be available to work daytime hours at both the Manheim, PA and Smoketown, PA offices.
