Client Success Representative

DESCRIPTION

The Client Success Representative at Cassel serves as the primary relationship manager and order-taker for all clients. Each CSR owns a dedicated client list and splits their day between entering new orders, following up on existing orders, and reaching out to key accounts to capture new orders while maintaining a proactive working relationship with their clients. The CSR reports directly to Cassel’s Vice President.

The position is full-time and applicants must be available to work daytime hours at both the Manheim, PA and Smoketown, PA offices.

EXPECTATIONS

Secure Sales

  • Serve as the guide for all client engagements 
  • Set clear expectations for clients in a dynamic sales cycle
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes
  • Enter orders into ShopVox (Cassel’s project management system of record)
  • Monitor email inbox for client requests
  • Follow up on client inquiries
  • Convert Sales Pipeline Quotes into Sales Orders
  • Ensure accurate details are captured during order entry so accurate estimates can be developed
  • Set client expectations being mindful of the many variables that are a part of the vehicle graphics sales process

 

Keep Projects Moving Forward 

  • Reach out to clients to obtain missing information or proof approvals to move jobs forward
  • Work with all Cassel departments to translate client requirements to operational urgency and clarity
  • Ensure that clients have an easy engagement with Cassel from start to finish

 

Account Management

  • Regularly check in with top clients to understand immediate and long-term needs
  • Conduct annual business reviews with key accounts recapping CY and PY purchases with Cassel
  • Uncover new opportunities for growth with existing clients
  • Connect & network with various client contacts and key personnel and ensure a strong lasting client relationship

 

Support Sales & Marketing Efforts

  • Call on potential clients
  • Serve as the primary business development arm of Cassel’s sales and marketing efforts
  • Attend key networking events in new target areas with an emphasis on new client acquisition
  • Seek referrals from existing clients

EXPERIENCE
  • Some post-secondary education/certificate preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in the field of print production and/or customer service/sales highly desired but not required.
