Client Success Intern

CLIENT SUCCESS INTERN

Looking for a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-energy, fun, and professional environment? We are looking for an energetic Client Success Intern to join our team. A resume is required; references may be requested. This is a temporary position (full-time opportunities may be available at the conclusion of the term) and applicants must be available during daytime hours at our Manheim, PA location.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work full-time hours m-F, from early June through (or sooner) mid-August
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk Management

  • Phone Communication
    • Answering/connecting incoming phone calls
    • Checking voicemail messages each morning and calling clients back within 1 hour
  • Email Communication
    • Managing Cassel’s general email inbox and ensuring prompt follow-up to all client concerns
  • On-Premise Client Coordinator
    • Serving as primary contact and greeter for all clients visiting our Manheim location
    • Coordinating the prompt pickup and delivery of completed jobs
    • Maintaining general knowledge of the Cassel operation
  • Lead Entry
    • Entering new client leads into our project management system

Administrative Assistant

  • Supporting Client Success Representatives (CSRs) with client communication when needed
  • Shipping
    • Checking, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages
    • Preparing outgoing mail
    • Finding shipping costs as needed
    • Purchasing labels for packages and scheduling pickup for items that require shipping

Office Management

  • Maintaining general and professional aesthetics and organization of all public spaces
  • Maintaining proper supply levels and ordering all office supplies
