JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator (CSC) to assist with project management, client follow-up, scheduling, and sales support while leading the overall administration of the front desk at our Manheim headquarters. This is a great role for someone looking to grow his/her customer service skills with the opportunity to develop into a future CSR.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage Cassel’s general email inbox and phone extension, ensuring prompt client follow-up to all client concerns (checking/forwarding voicemails and emails, updating message greeting, etc.)
  • Serve as primary contact and greeter for all clients visiting our Manheim location
  • Maintain a general knowledge of the entire Cassel operation
  • Logging and tracking vehicle information for drop off’s or completed work onsite
  • Conducting daily lot audit of vehicles at the Manheim location and notifying the team of new arrivals
  • Reviewing and archiving pictures of all finished work for accuracy and future use
  • Assisting Client Success Representatives (CSRs) with project/order management and client follow-up
  • Support scheduling and sales teams with client communication and follow-up
  • Support Cassel’s President and Vice President with scheduling and other administrative tasks
  • Help to coordinate team events and meetings

EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Customer service/client relations preferred
  • Office/administrative experience preferred
