JOB SUMMARY

Cassel, a leading vehicle graphics company, is seeking a Digital Print Production Manager. Be the driving force behind smooth, high-quality print operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and mentor production team
  • Conduct monthly 1:1’s and lead departmental L10 meeting
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment
  • Organize regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Manage clear team goals and expectations

2. Production Oversight

  • Oversee daily production operations
  • Manage production schedules to meet deadlines
  • Supervise machine operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate between design, production and installation teams
  • Implement production protocols and standards
  • Manage production costs and budget

3. Quality Control

  • Develop and enforce quality control measures
  • Monitor production outputs to ensure consistency and quality
  • Initiate corrective actions when quality deviations occur
  • Oversee the collaboration of material suppliers for quality supplies
  • Implement continuous quality improvement processes
  • Regularly review and update quality standards

4. Process Improvement and Innovation

  • Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency improvements
  • Research and implement new production technologies and methods
  • Lead projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Encourage innovation and creative problem solving within the team
  • Evaluate and update equipment and technology for optimal performance

EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required; secondary education preferred
  • 3-5 years in production management or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with large-format printing, laminating, and plotting equipment
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs
  • Understanding of inventory management and material handling
  • Familiarity with prepress processes and graphic design software
  • Success in managing teams in a fast-paced production environment
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
  • Experience reducing waste and optimizing resource use
  • History of meeting tight deadlines with consistent quality results
